Dr. Seekand trained at the Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry. After dental school, Dr. Seekand completed advanced training at Albert Einstein Medical Center. She served as Chief Resident and gained additional experience in the diagnosis and management of complex dental cases. Her passion for dentistry is displayed in her ongoing commitment to advanced education and her dedication to her patients’ overall health. Through cosmetic & implant dentistry, Dr. Seekand helps patients rediscover their attractive and confident smile. She strives to make your experience special and looks forward to providing superior dental care for her patients.
Dr. Seekand loves dentistry and enjoys being involved with local and national chapters of dental societies. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Seekand was also named a Benco Dental / Incisal Edge 40 Under 40 honoree.
When she is not busy practicing dentistry and running the business, she loves to spend time with her husband Varun, son Jiyan and daughter, Aliya. She considers herself truly blessed with her family, work family and amazing patients.
Dr. James Merriman graduated with honors from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 1976. He earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1980. He has been in private practice in Marietta since 1982 at Kennestone Gates near Wellstar-Kennestone Hospital. Since graduation, Dr. Merriman has accumulated over 2500 hours of continuing education in his profession.

Patient Care Coordinator/Front Desk
Originally from Connecticut, Cathy joined our office with over 20 years of experience. She is highly skilled at the front desk as a patient care coordinator as well as a clinical assistant. She lives with her husband, son, and dog in West Cobb. Her interests out of the office include spending time with friends and family, gardening, and watching sports.

Tiffany’s career in the dental field spans over 15 years so far, and she loves helping our patients feel genuinely proud of their smiles again. Originally from Fayetteville, she and her husband James have been married for six years and counting.
In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, embroidering, and hanging out with family and friends. She considers hot chocolate (with marshmallows) to be her very best friend, though!
Dental Assistant
Amanda joined our team in 2018 with more than a decade of dentistry experience. She enjoys helping patients achieve their dental health goals without any stress or discomfort. She studied dental assisting through Dental Careers, Inc, and holds her expanded duties dental assisting certification.
Born and raised in Cobb County, Amanda and her husband, Jason, are the proud parents of an adult son and daughter. Amanda enjoys gardening, working out, and traveling whenever she can find the time.
Dental Assistant
For nearly two decades, Julie has provided dental patients with exceptional dentistry services, and she continues to show her dedication with a commitment to helping patients with all of their dental care needs. She loves having the opportunity to serve patients and see them leave the office in love with their smiles. She prides herself on pulling the positive out of any situation, and her positivity is infectious. Julie studied at Dekalb Community College, and she is certified as an expanded duties dental assistant. Julie has also completed training in providing the Allergan line of products, including Botox, Juvederm, and Kybella.
A Georgia peach at heart, Julie grew up in Smyrna. Today, she’s happily married to Mike, and the couple are the proud parents of three sons Chandler, Evan, and Dylan and pet parents to two dogs. When she’s not busy with work or spending time with friends and family, Julie enjoys walking, running, cooking, shopping, and going to the lake.
Registered Dental Hygienist
For more than a decade, Esther has served dental patients, helping them to achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. We are happy to have her join our team in 2018 to offer our patients gentle, attentive dental hygiene services. Esther studied at Northeast Mississippi Community College where she earned her associates of applied science degree in dental hygiene graduating with honors. She completed advanced training in recognizing the oral manifestations of sleep apnea.
Originally from Cleveland, Georgia, Esther describes her family as “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” meets “Sweet Home Alabama.” She is happily married, and has two wonderful stepchildren Emili and Errick, and she has a large, close family with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. When she’s not hard at work or spending time with family and friends, Esther enjoys reading sci-fi books, trout fishing, landscape photography, watching anime, and studying the bible. She has also studied Japanese and can read and speak the language at a basic level. She enjoys learning about the culture, and she has even been to Japan two times.
